Olympic Stadium + sketches

Master copy of Sorollo, and a portrait (though it doesn't quite look like the model....)

Sketches as borders(experimenting with watercolors)... workshops... etc.

And just for fun, pictures of the new Olympic Stadium ("bird's nest") in Beijing.  We were lucky enough to catch a few rounds of the races and Decathlon, not the actual Olympic Games though.

Workshops, and sharp pointy weapons...

So, this is the sword designs I'm mulling over for my main girl character, the heads are supposed to open up and yell/cry/wail/scream/sing upon command, and in the hypothetical game situation, it's like some sort of... final attack??  They're supposed to be 7 heads, with different personalities so I'm also comparing heads and characters for each of the heads.

Workshops... Workshops... Workshops......

Introducing, the Zuchinni Jar

I won't even post my previous attempts, too ghastly to even remember. Argh, trying to remedy my lack of actual painting knowledge, and trying to be productive. Unfortunately, I haven't done much else this break... Dammit, I need to learn how to paint. See those marks? Those are marks of unbidden Chinese rage.

Minnesota... stuff... and crappy bronchitis D:

So. I got bronchitis, how does one get bronchitis??? Is it contagious? Or what?? Urk, maybe it's all that snow.

Anyhow, being in Minnesota means, it's so damned cold outside that unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary, you stay inside and kind of sulk. Unless your mother throws a party for absolutely no reason and invites tons of Chinese people you've never seen before that are SILENTLY JUDGING YOU.

Well, at least there's food.
